Steak And Chop Rub

Tablespoons Pepper -- coarsely ground
cracked

Tablespoons Onion powder

1/2 Tablespoons Coarse salt

Tablespoons Garlic powder

Tablespoon Worcestershire powder -- look for Le Chateau

Teaspoons Ground ginger

Teaspoons Dry mustard

tsp Sugar
Mix
all the spices together and store in an airtight container for up to 8 weeks. Tailored for
tender cuts of meats.
Note:
For steak on the grill that everyone will be happy with, cook 1
1/2"
steak 4 mins on first side, flip then cook 4 mins on other side. Flip again but turn
steak 90 degrees so that grill marks make an "X". Cook 4
minutes, flip and cook 4 minutes more. 16 mins total cooking time. Steak will be
done so that those who like it well will still eat it, but those who
don't like overcooked meat will enjoy it too.
